This application is the result of collaboration among distinguished experts in Pediatric Palliative Care, particularly within under-resourced settings. At its core is the foundational content derived from Dr. Justin Amery’s comprehensive work, A Really Practical Handbook of Children’s Palliative Care. Dr. Grunauer, alongside her team, has built upon this foundation, incorporating her in-depth experience in establishing Pediatric Palliative Care in Ecuador and various Latin American countries. Additionally, contributions from Dr. Michelle Meiring, informed by her extensive background in South Africa, have enriched the application with valuable insights.

The primary aim of this application is to serve as a resource for health professionals and parents seeking to implement Pediatric Palliative Care for children diagnosed with serious conditions who may have limited life expectancies.
